This will allow frozen people to wake up, you're frozen. When they try to build or grief while frozen
it will say on the chat bar "You cannot build because you are frozen, pay attention to whoever is talking to you" or something like that. I want this because sometimes griefers do not know the rules
and will do their way with things. But once this mod is in place griefers will finally wake up from the shock of being frozen and respond to the Ops+ with attention.
