I'm actually impressed with people in this thread for trying this.
I used to speak it every day in real life with some people so I can "fluently" type/read/speak it as silly as that may sound. It's all just for fun though once you master it. You guys are quick learners!
To clarify:
+ Yes, we consider y a vowel for a few reasons. Words like "my" would be just consonants meaning you cannot change the word. It would be "myay" but as we already established that all words in pig latin
start with a vowel. With the word like "type". E would then become the first vowel if we disregarded "y" making it etypay changing the way the word is said completely! If you can listen/understand it, you'll be able to tell that etypay doesn't sound correct.

onfused = o being the first vowel.
onfusedC = move all the consonants before the o to the end of the word.
onfusedCay = slap on that 'ay'.
