The Texans ride across upwards over the small hill. The enemy stands tight, forming a wall of beasts and demons. The horses gain speed, and when they have reached halfway a volley of arrows is shot at the approaching Texans, which sends a few horses and their riders tumbling to the ground. The cannons and soldiers of Sky Base send their return, weakening the enemy's defensive position. As the cannon debris are blown into the air leaving the enemy temporarily blinded, the Texans charge through, shooting their rifles and swinging their swords, slicing through the enemy with great force. While it was a terrific initial charge, if help does not come soon they will be swallowed by the advancing army.

A few soldiers throw smoke grenades at the entrance of the base, covering whatever formations and mechs the soldiers are lining up for their ground attack.
The cannons and artillery fire a few feet beyond where the Texans are quarreling to prevent friendly fire.

"YA CAHL ME'A CUPCAHKE?! I KEEL YA!!!"
The Ogre rips a tree trunk from the ground and takes another mighty swing at Durwin.
The Ogre that is in the crevice attempts to climb out.
[hmmm sorry about that StoryMaster alerts are still borked]
" 'I kill you'.. must be an Ogre thing." Durwin moved to the left a little as the tree came crashing down. As it hit the bark shattered sending a shower of splinters in all directions and knocking up enough dust to cloud the area. Durwin was blind. He ran right into the Ogre's leg and fell. The Ogre roared and tried to kick him but as the leg flew by Durwin grabbed on for the ride. He felt like saying 'Weeee' but his eyes hurt too much from the dust and his side throbbed where a few of the larger splinters had bruised him. The leg came back down to the ground and Durwin climbed his way up to what he hoped was the back. A hand flew by and roar followed. Durwin's eyes were watering now and some of the dust began to wash out. He saw what he thought was an immense tangle of armpit hair and corrected him position. Using the folds of flab he reached the head quickly and slung the bit into the Ogre's mouth.

"Mush!"

"AGH!"
The Ogre spins in circles and reaches behind its back, attempting to throw Durwin off it.
"ME NO HORSEY! ME NO HORSEY!"
The Ogre runs into the side of a trebuchet, knocking it over and squishing multiple enemies. It leaps towards a large rock, leaning with its back to it, hoping that it could crush Durwin.

Sariel grasps at the air which once held Darth's body and lifeforce. While Sariel was not familiar with him, he served as a reminder to Sariel that mortal life is sometimes more significant because it does in fact have an end, and that they must use their time with great grace.
Sariel takes a whack at a nearby zombie, slicing its head open from ear to jaw.

Durwin jumped off the Ogre's back, still holding the make-shift bit, and used his wings to hover in front of the Ogre's face. Durwin smiled at the bewilderment in it's eyes right before it crashed into the large rock. Durwin's momentum slammed him onto the Ogre's stomach, preventing too much harm from coming to him. Durwin crawled up to the Ogre's head, nearly gagging on the smell of rotting meat, and touched it's temples on other side with his index fingers. A yellowish glow enveloped the Ogre and it's eyes shot open a few moments later.

"Get up we have work to do."

In a zombie-like state, the Ogre stands up with drool dripping from its lips. It swings its arms low and its back is arched. It waits for Durwin's command.

Durwin pulled her up onto his back again and he guided the Ogre toward the Barrier.

"Let's hope this works. Keep your head down and brace for a tough landing should this fail." The Ogre walked to the Barrier and entered it. It rippled like water just like when the first Ogre had emerged. Durwin braced himself and gasped as the Barrier flowed over him. Where it touched it was icy cold, but left a burning electrical feel behind. His eye widened as he saw what was inside.

Durwin and Duffie pass through the the barrier unharmed and what is laid before them is quite sinister.
Inside the portal lies the army of the Dark Eldar, an evil and war hungry race of elves that wreck worlds of their advanced life forms. Thetogolopian is very familiar with this deranged race, as they are well known to ally with the demons of Herobrine for certain tasks, but he has never seen a full force army due the Dark Lord's bidding.
The Dark Eldar suffer from what is known as The Thirst, which is an unquenchable desire to drink the souls of other beings. What is a war to humans is a feast for the Dark Eldar, and the Dark Eldar love to have feasts.
Inside, there is a variety of transport vehicles and large hovering ships. Attached and chained unto the sides of these vehicles are soul slaves, used to supply the Dark Eldar with a snack if their Thirsts can no longer be tolerated. The slaves moan in pain as the shackles stretch their bodies tight.
Durwin sees in the distance on the opposite side of the barrier bubble is a great fleet of large ships, one of which is recognized to be the Warlord's ship. However, there are quite a few Dark Eldar between the two heroes and the Warlord.

Dark Eldar Summary Sheet
Strengths
  • Quick, Fleet of Foot
  • Developed Technology and Weapons
  • Can cause fear in warriors due to their diabolic nature.
  • Smart Tacticians
Weaknesses
  • Army is light; can be pierced more easily than Heavy armor sets.
  • Most vehicles are open topped, and susceptible to heavy tank fire. Quickness is relied upon to counteract this.

Blinx gets his blade ready against the Chupacabra as it runs towards him. He stabs at its legs, preventing it from running quickly. He then slices at it's chest, only to have the blade deflected off.

"What...? Does it have some sort of armor?"

Blinx keeps stabbing at the Chupacabra, trying to find its weak spot.

"Well I'll be damned..." Durwin looked around the area and saw a transport ship landed not too far off. He jerked on the bit and whispered in the Ogre's ear. It's green tooth smile turned into a fiercesome bellow as it charged into the ranks of lightly armored troops.

"We'll need to jump off this guy once we get to the ship, Duffie . Hopefully they haven't changed their designs too much, they always were a proud race so I doubt they'll have changed anything due to outside forces but you never know what they came up with themselves. Hold on tight, the Ogre's berserk and won't calm down until it's dead."

The Ogre charges at a group of Dark Eldar warriors and swings at them with his great hand, knocking them quite a distance.
The Dark Eldar however, are prepared for their slaves to rebel, and due to an implant in the Ogre's chest, causes the Ogre to receive high-voltage electrical shocks. The Ogre convulses, and falls dead on the ground, a stream of slime spilling from its mouth.
A group of Dark Eldar move towards where the Ogre came from, which is a small pile of rocks where Durwin and Duffie are now hiding behind.
To the left Duffie notices a ship full of what appears to be explosive devices. Enough to break open large walls, or do quite a bit of damage to a large army.
