Eeeh, I don't see what's wrong with it. League is a team game, not a solo game. If a jungler fails the gank, then they lose exp and gold because they had to wait around to get ready to gank. I'd rather have the jungler take some cs out of my lane and be on par with levels, instead of falling behind because I'm too stingy about my gold.

The CS that the jungler takes means that your lane partner just lost gold that could have been invested in a major item, which could have been used if a teamfight were to happen soon. Junglers do need the xp, but its a better investment for the laner because it will turn out huge later in the game.

It is fine for junglers to take a minion or two on their way out to stay ahead, but I was referring to a whole wave with a siege minion.
