((All things considered... Magic.))
Guardian of the Nether
As the group of unlikely Guardians walked through the caverns, Remillia thought about all she had gathered from their encounter just now. Hope had confirmed that most of the Guardians seemed to have lost part of their memory. Some of them forgot everything, while some forgot only a little. It seemed that there was one common trait; nobody could recall the previous planet's demise... except the Guardian of Magic, and it was only an assumption he remembered everything, as when he was asked what happened, he had fallen unconscious.
She decided to look down at the floor. The phoenix had given them a frost fire flame to light the cavern earlier, and it was still around them, making them able to see, but only just barely. The cavern floor was rather wet, which was strange, considering she didn't think she had seen a Guardian of Water yet. She could still see a slight reflection of her through it, though it was very muddy, and--
She gaped, and immediately stopped in her steps, finding what she saw hard to believe.
She had known she had appeared as a child with white hair, and knew she was transparent and flickered sometimes. But, in her reflection, she could very faintly see a stain on her dress. She looked at her dress for herself... and she saw a very faint red stain. Blood, though it was very old.
But how had blood gotten on her outfit? She was a spirit! It couldn't have... gotten on her while she was a spirit... unless it was another spirit's blood...
She clenched her teeth, and then she realized why she hadn't washed it off her dress when it was new. She had refused to, to remind herself what happens when a Guardian becomes obsessed over their own power, and to keep
that person deep inside of her, where it would never be able to come out.
She realized the group was waiting for her to move on, and she stammered "O-Oh! I'm so sorry, I was just thinking about something that happened." She quickly moved on ahead, making eye contact with no one. They didn't need to know. They just had to find out who caused this darkness and they would be done.
