My assumption would be stranger would have given mafia flavour text rather than out right explaining it
Something along the lines of "Your targets are the Poor Sinners of New Orleans. During the day they may approach you requesting a deal for x role or x role...at night you may accept their deal, granting them their wish and stealing their soul... you win when all sinners are dead/have sold their soul" etc.

why is that your assumption though
when alisha's host she gives the scum info like "the town's roles are like this"
and i swear last game stranger or someone mentioned that they did something similar to that game, probably since alisha was co-host and advised stranger to do it. im pretty sure scum were actually given a role name idea to claim to help them fit the flavour, either in last game or one where stranger was mafia, i dont remember but i remember it involved stranger somehow
so makes sense to me stranger would carry it on in this game

Some vibe check:
Inf is now quite neutral to me, which is weird, since usualy i scum vibe or fake scum vibe him.
Tim and Alisha are shifting towards neutral ground, but perhaps that is for alisha cus she realized she went in too hard day 0.
Fog still feels very bad to me. His posts just feel fake.
Aqua still a town vibe for me. For some reason he resonates with me this game.
lowkey agree that beta feels wholesome somehow. They are just throwing out stands and info like its nothing, it doesnt feel calculated 1 bit.
Mars i need you where are you bbe. Unu is in the game too right? Sessy slight town vibe that lingers from day0. Arjen?

Because I'm assuming based on what we know of the concept of the game and the contents within, I do not care how alisha hosts as alisha is not the host.
Eitherway, it doesn't matter as I still believe beta and as he jumped in revealing the answer before I could question alisha + fog my plan failed regardless.

my point was that stranger learnt to host with alisha as her co-host so i think it's likely alisha advised her to that, which supports my memory of it being involved in the game

I believe he thinks the devil is a secret hitler-esque role where they don't know who mafia is but mafia knows who they are. I proposed the idea early day 0 but it doesn't have much going for it.

like when you mentioned he feels wholesome/it didnt feel like a strategy i could see what you mean but my instinct was to argue with you despite that, and i got the same impulse when hk said it too

Fog still comes over as townie to me, Aqua seems confident which makes me think he is town although I do find it weird that he seems very pressed to lynch town aligned people just because they are sinners. I could see Aqua play as confident devil's helper just trying to push some early mislynches. If someone's from the sinner pool is scum I'd say it's most likely Alisha. For the rest I haven't really changed my view except that Inffy also doens't feel great to me, from what I've seen (and I mightve missed stuff in most pages) he mostly is just asking people questions without being too productive. (might be hypocritical as I'm also not helping a lot but the point stands)
